A-America names Holliday western sales manager

TUKWILA, Wash. – Case goods importer A-America has named Ron Holliday western sales manager, a new position. In his new role, he will help oversee A-America’s sales activity west of Mississippi. He reports to Christian Rohrbach, senior vice president, sales and merchandising.

He comes to the company with 30 years of industry experience. Most recently, he worked as vice president, sales at Greenington Fine Bamboo Furniture, where he had been for the past seven and a half years.

Before that, he was owner of Bedtime/Mountain Furniture and before that was sales manager for the same company. He previously was also a sales representative for Berkline LLC.

The company said that Holliday’s experience, including 20 years building relationships in Asia was a significant part of his appeal, as the company has a solid presence in Vietnam and other Asian countries.

“There’s a new synergy at A-America, and Ron is part of the sales team that breathes new life and creative energy into the company’s future,” the company said.

Holliday added, “S.V.P. of sales, Christian Rohrbach’s energy is helping to propel the company into new directions.”
